The Most Offensive Thing On Earth!

"OK,OK"lets cut to the chase, what do England think there doing they are just making themselves look stupid. That Haka looks more like the non-famous Macarena bro I mean come on who does that check out this link. Me as a New Zealander I feel disappointed and totally offended the Haka is our thing why do people take it and change it into something ridiculously stupid. #LAME

My Art Blub

This piece of art shows the magnificent Tui in its wonderful habitat. The white koru on the top of the art piece represent the cloud formation and the brown koru down the bottom are a tree's branch that the Tui is perching on.Below the branch is a pristine lake with pebbles scattered everywhere. The Tui is a faded blue colour with beautiful feathers.

Should Kids Drive?

Dear Council Members,

Danger,

Most kids can't see over the dashboard which can cause an accident,This could kill another driver on the road.

Prison,

If a kid were to drive into a responsible adult it could kill them and that could lead to court and that could lead to prison. Having an accident can bring down the world population a lot.

Rules,

If kids drive, The road rules will have to change and not all people watch the news or read the newspaper, and of course it could lead to another accident.

End,

Those were my reasons. I hope you all agree with me, “that kid should not be able to drive.

Persuasive Writing

Dear Hastings Council Members,

I strongly disagree with building a Countdown on Pakis Paddock beside our school here are my reasons,

Health,

I think the car fumes will make a lot of our school children sick and that's not good the rubber and materials used to build the supermarket with interfere with our play time and health.

Danger,

We also think we will have to be aware of stranger danger cars could use our school as a shortcut and then hang around on a fence or something waiting for some kids to come by like this article were a few masked kidnappers captured collage kids The people also from over we're Countdown is could rob the shop and break into our school for a hiding spot.

Field,

Without another field where will we hold triathlons fun runs and even cross country it is also a memorial for mrs Paki who stayed at this school for 42 years.

Conclusion,

Those are my reasons I hope you all agree with me I personally think everyone should.

This Week Miami Heat Had To Discover What Knowere Areas Are In Parkvale School So Our Group Went Out With An iPad And Took Some photos Of Blank Places Here Is My Version Of The Work We Did,

Name: Jonathan
Date:28th May 2015                       KWL Chart
In the first column, write what you already know about Enviroschools. In the second column, write what you want to know about Enviroschools. After you have completed your research, write what you learned in the third column. What I Know What I Want to Know What I Learned

What I Know
What I Want to Know
What I Learned

Enviroschools are schools who help improve their school and plant new things.

they take nowhere areas and turn them into amazing things.

they also improve on their gardens.

how long did it take to change one school (small)?

When did Hikanui School decide to do this?

You can change a school in 5 days...WOW

They decided to become an enviro school because there were too many nowhere areas.

If you believe you can change the school you can do it give it a try.

The schools help out the council and government as well as themselves.

Day 2 - Vocab
Find the meanings for the following words.

drainage

the action or process of draining something.
gully
a water worn ravine.
boggy areas
too wet or muddy to be easily walked on.
cultivated
refind and well educated
nursery
is a place that plants are propagated  and grown into a suitable size.

Day 3 - Summarise

Write an explanation of how Hikanui School became an Enviroschool.

Hukanui School decided they had too many nowhere areas, so they all gathered with the council and government and decided to change their school . I the next few days they all brought some things and reused them.
After a couple of weeks planting, they had an awesome garden in each nowhere area.

Day 4

From the photos and evidence you have collected, create a table of all the problems you have identified we have at Parkvale School. What are the solutions to these problems, do you think?

No where areas
Rubbish
Reduce, reuse and recycle
Greenhouse
-First we need to find out what would suit that area properly.

-After you have got it you need to go and buy or get the stuff you need.

-Then you use the products enough to affect that area.

-Look round till you find some.

-Pick it up and plop it in the bin (be a tidy kiwi)

-Go round collect some people and they can help get the whole place tidy.
-First find  product such as a plastic bottle.

-get some scissors or some tool and use that product to create something awesome.

-Share your product with people and it might encourage them to do the same thing.
-If your greenhouse is empty go and buy or find some seeds and some mini plants and pots.

-Plant the objects in the pots and sit them up in the greenhouse then every day water them.

My Made Up Hero- Max Noon

My hero is from Mercury
His power is all the gas inside him and around his planet.
A science robot landed on Mercury sent to investigate for the life from their planet took a sample of planet surface and gases and returned it back to earth to a lab for analysis. Along with that sample in the lab were many other experiments being analysed including cryogenics which is freezing and preserving life specimens, within 24 hours of the sample being at the lab the Mercury gases leaked from the sample into the vent that lead into one of the cryogenic chambers. In that chamber was a young boy named Max Noon from England who was due to be unfrozen. Later that day when he was unfrozen he found out he had superpowers: Smart,Very strong, has a burning hot torch in his hand to stop him from freaking out when fighting somebody and could release A powerful Mercury gas from his eyes that could hypnotize bad people into being good.
My Hero Max Noon and his job was at a childrens hospital acting as a clown to cheer the kids up.
He has a black and blue metal plate suit and his suit has titanium chunks (LOL which is very hard to contain under his clown suit) all over it to stop sword from hitting him.Titanium is the strongest metal in the universe at this time.

My Tagul About Me

This is my word cloud with words that describe ME. I hope you enjoy.

Its pretty cool but I really could add more detail to it but this will do for now.
