All bout Valerie Adams

Valerie Adams by Jonathan HarbordValerie.PNGSource wikipediaJono.PNGsource:static2.com

Valerie was born on the 6 of October 1984 in Rotorua New Zealand she is a significant person that really inspires Me A lot. She is a two-time Olympic, Commonwealth and World Indoor champion and a four-time World champion. She finished fifth at the 2003 world championships at eighteen years of age.  At her first Olympics 2004, Adams finished eighth with a personal best throw of 21.4 meters

She got a gold medal in the london olympics and in the beijing.
In the world championships she got gold on every event but the last trial because her appointment was taking drugs and just beat her by 24.56/23.45 it is a very close distance away from adams throw.

She inspires me because she tries her best just to win a golden shiny medal for New Zealand at the end if she wins she will get the NZ flag wrapped around her as a trophy for her hard work i want to achieve my goals as well as valerie.
