Each year kids get the opportunity to go Optimis yachting on the open waters of the rivers.

You need to check your yacht or your kayak whatever you are using to make sure that it is safe to sail.

Boating conditions can sometimes be unpredictable and even the best sailors can sometimes get tipped into the water.

The yachts have no brakes whatsoever so you need to steer the bow of the boat towards the wind and let go of the mainsheet rope and you have stopped

The Pond That we are going to i mainly busy there are swimmers and other yachts and kayaks Be Careful.

The Pond entrance is also busy with outgoing tides.

The teachers need your attention so one whistle means stop and listen two wistiles are head straight back to shaw immediately If you are in trouble wave your arms over your head and yell “HELP.”

By following the rules you can have a safe and happy sail remember to take care of your buddies.

My Own Made Up Legend

Once upon a time,in a land far far away there were some Transformers in a enchanted shuttle soaring through the sky. There names were Optimus Prime,Bumblebee And Grimlock there was a big problem in this shuttle inside was a big fight over a bottle of nos but they had a time machine next to them that was being tested the dial said change to baby and Optimus Prime fell into the time machine and turned into a baby Bumblebee and grimlock on the other hand were fighting over who used a the nos first.

Then before they knew it they had to go after Optimus otherwise he would run to the pigpen or do his business by the livestock and none of us need that there is an issue, Bumblebee does not know how to change a nappy at all.

After a lot of begging grimlock ended up changing the nappy Optimus came out looking like he had been playing mud jumpers with the pigs.If you don’t know what mud jumpers is, it is  when you have a pipe and you can either kick the pipe or jump the pipe and you try to knock every opponent off it and if you ask me it is gross.

When they got back to the shuttle Grimlock and Bumblebee just realised the time machine was gone and gone for good but they used to know megatron he is the bad guy they predict that he has got something to do with this when they arrived at the town they saw the time machine outside and megatron had a screwdriver and a wrench grimlock and bumblebee walked up to megatron and yelled “why have you got this”well i wanted to fix it said megatron so you were just trying to help us said bumblebee and grimlock together yes said megatron i changed the dial mode to normal optimus was back at the shuttle asleep when they arrived back at the shuttle optimus had been woken to go back through the time machine.Optimus had just taken his first step into the time machine then came straight out the other end and…

He was finally back to normal now if you are a big fan of transformers you will know megatron is on the other team but this all changed he returned to his village and said to his people the other team has come to live will us and that is how that all happened Optimus was very tired and so were the others so in the end they parked up on the couch and took a rest. INTRODUTION

Tonight

is our production and we are going to have heaps of fun. We are going to do it in front of the whole school and that is our goal. That is why I'm going to make a reflection about it today.

What we have enjoyed? Looking at the people that makes me happy and that we can preform in front of kids and family.

What are the challenges? WALT speak, write and present myths and legends with confidence.

What are we looking forward to tonight? Preforming in front of the school, Communicate and be Strong.

Our class's are room 11 and room 20 we are doing the production together and I am in the carving group The name of our legend is The legend of Te Mata O Rongokako the sleeping giant. We need to wear a blue t shirt that glows in the dark and some plain black shorts and a tiki around your neck with a moko on your face. We need to wear bear feet and we need to be here at about 5:30. When we get half time that means we go into room 3 and eat 2 lollies and have a drink of water. There are 6 nights of performances to do so we all need a big dinner and a huge cup of water and go go go. We get the moko done in room 5. We start at 6:15 Pm we get our moko done at about 5:45 Pm.When it is dry in crinkles when you blink and it fells really sticky. It looks like bars running down your face. The tiki is like a green monster looking thing that sits round your neck.

How many hours would it take if you were travelling 70 km per hour and you had to go 560km non stop?
7 X 8= 56 so 70 x 8 =560. So the answer  is 8 hours.

The sun is a special star that totally impacts us here on earth today and further on I will tell you why the sun impacts us here on Earth.

The Sun is a star that sends out light and heat,without the Sun there would be no life on Earth.

 The Sun is the closest star to Earth.If you drove a car through space at 113kmph it would take 152 years to reach it.

If you did not know the temp of the sun is 15 million ∘c that is what causes the to hydrogen atoms to crash together to form a helium atom.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                         

The Sun has different layers to form energy two layers before the core is called a radioactive zone so the satellite can scan the Sun.We are the third planet from the Sun,So we are not too hot and not too cold,so animal,humans and plants can live.

All the waves in the Sun take 1 million years to reach the outside layer day is formed by the Earth orbiting the Sun.A solar eclipse is made by the moon blocking the Sun's light to Earth it is formed in weird angles that the moon is on.
